All welcome
Race, nationality or gender means nothing to us. Women are welcomed to join our crew. Democrats or Republicans, Jehovah Witnesses or Greek Orthodox - all welcomed. Handicapped people will be accomodated as best as we can.
Good sense of humor, ability to work in a multi-language, mixed gender environment is a must. You should be able to work through eight hours of Russian music, euro hits circa 1980, or just loud heated political discussions that involve a lot of yelling and screaming in foreign languages.
We do discriminate
We have very low tolerance towards idiots, if you are not sure whether it applies to you, it probably does.
We do and certainly will discriminate against smokers - if you want to breathe toxic fumes please do it somewhere else. Drug addicts are encouraged to not apply.

New Approach School
If you would like to learn jewelry skills and become a professional jeweler I recommend contacting this school located in Virginia. I've seen some pretty capable people graduating from their ranks.
