Workshop

You will be visiting our workshop which is not a retail store. We meet clients by appointment only. Appointments must be made in advance or you will not be allowed to enter. Any walk-in visitors will be turned away with no exception.

Please call or e-mail our office for a suitable date. We do not have appointments on weekends or holidays. You can choose a time between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on any workday. Late appointments are available on Tuesdays between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Appointments are set up with the purpose of selecting stones, viewing our inventory, and/or discussing your order. Some stock pieces or stones might be out and we will need time to obtain them.

Get a free quote first

If you are not ready to place an order please call to discuss any issues or concerns before you come in. Getting a price quote and time frame before coming in will prevent us from wasting each other time.

See real jewels

We will be able to illustrate various points of your order by showing stock pieces. There is very little chance that we would have the exact piece you want to have made in stock. Our stock pieces are real pieces of jewelry made in platinum and set with real diamonds and gemstones.

We generally use photographs to assist in choosing different features and options. Feel free to bring as many images as you feel necessary.

Security procedures

Please be aware of constant video and audio surveillance once you enter the premises. Unless we are notified in advance, we will not allow in more than one person. If you are bringing your friend, spouse, fiancé, etc. please let us know in advance. We absolutely restrict the maximum number of people to three at a time. You must notify us in advance of the number of people in your party.

Sorry... no tours

We are not allowed to show the workshop or offer you a tour of the facilities.

Any video or audio recording are strictly prohibited during the time of your visit. You will not be able to take photographs or video recordings of any Leon Megé merchandise, employees, and/or facilities due to a security protocol. We will email or otherwise provide you with copies of certificates, documentation, etc.

Weapons are not allowed, any weapon carrying security personnel will be asked to be stationed outside the premises during your visit.
Any violators of the security protocol will be immediately asked to leave and any recordings confiscated and destroyed.

Your trip to the city

A commute to Manhattan might be difficult to time. If you are running late, just call ahead. We will try to accommodate you at a later time.
We schedule our appointments in one hour increments. We do not set a time limit for your visit and will spend as much time with you as you need. However, please be considerate of the time spent. We do not want to keep others waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.

If you need to re-schedule or cancel please notify us as soon as possible.

Skype-ointment

We can discuss your particular order via Skype video chat.

No need to travel to Manhattan, New York or the US - discuss your ring from the comfort of your own home. Just schedule an appointment for a Video Chat and we will see you on line! We ask you to plan your discussion to last no longer than one hour.

• You must have Skype installed, have a working camera, microphone and speakers.
• Test your setup prior to our Skype-ointment, make sure we can see you and hear you. Two-way video is a must.
• Pet friendly - have your dog, cat or gold fish share the joy of designing your dream ring.
• Please email your Skype user name prior to the appointment.
