Inability to combine in your mind different elements or to visualize a two-dimensional picture as a three-dimensional object will impair your choice of a design. Start by gathering different designs. Try to limit your choices to one or two styles through a process of elimination. Look online, at retail stores, see magazine ads, and involve friends and relatives.

If you already own the stone please arrange to have it drop-shipped by a third party or make an appointment to drop it off. You don't have to get an insurance policy or have your stone appraised before getting it to us.

Get a quote

Contact us via the Quote Request page and get a quote. With a very few exceptions we do not quote over phone.

In order to provide a quote we need to have an image number (i.e. “r1006”). The image number is found in our Portfolio.

You will be able to attach supporting images to your request. Use JPG format and make sure the images are less than 200K in size.
Do not send any links to web sites or forums.Copy whatever image you are looking at and attach it to an additional email.

Schedule an appointment

It's important for us to get you a quote first, before you make an appointment. If you are still undecided or need a consultation we can discuss any matter on the phone.

Please make an appointment only when you are ready to order.
Make sure to bring your stone with you. You'll need to leave it with us. Your stone must remain with us for the duration of the time it takes to make your piece. We will not take an order without having the stone in our possession at all times.

Choose sidestones

We will supply the side stones. Selecting side stones is an artistic skill and must be taken seriously. It’s not just the size and quality of the stones that matters.

We have to consider subtle varieties of the stone shapes, faceting, proportions,
fluorescence, as well as your finger size, ring design, angles, steps, etc. That is why it's important to have your stone on hand while choosing the side stones.

Finalize the order

Once we are clear on all aspects of the job we will prepare a work order where we describe the job in minute details, list stones, and calculate your costs and payments. We'll require your signature before we start the work.
