The Burmese spinels (2.21 carat in total) are unheated and they are set in a double row micro pave halo with 88 round diamonds (0.50 carats total)
The spinels are set with invisible prongs - a special technique used to minimize the appearance of metal overlapping the stones (prongs, bezels, etc.)
