This Lifetime Warranty applies to custom made as well as ready-made jewelry we offer for sale.

Completely Worry-Free

The Leon Mege brand and reputation is our client's best assurance of impeccable quality and the aesthetic perfection of our product. Each piece complies with the highest manufacturing standards and is guaranteed be free from any manufacturing defects for life. Our quality-control staff members inspect every item under 20x magnification prior to delivery, so it is highly unlikely that anything could be less than perfect.

If you receive a product which seems to be damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue and might ask to send the item back to us for an examination and/or repair. We will be happy to arrange for the shipping back to us. Upon arrival the item will be subject to a detailed and thorough examination by Leon Mege's inspection team. If no defect is found or the damage is judged to be a result of an excessive force or regular wear and tear the item will be sent back at the client's expense.

In the event we determined that the defect is indeed caused by faulty manufacturing we will do one of the following:

• Repair or replace the defective part(s)
• Completely remake the entire piece
• Replace the item with an identical product of the same size, grade, and value, subject to availability

We may propose an exchange for a different Leon Megé creation of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference. All warranty repairs and adjustments will be done free of charge and all domestic shipping costs will be covered by Leon Megé

Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse a repair and the warranty will be voided in the following cases:

• The piece was repaired or altered by a third party without Leon Megé's written authorization
• The piece is damaged beyond repair. We could offer an assistance in filing a claim with your insurance company.
• There is an outstanding unpaid balance stemming from client's prior custom work or purchases that the client refused to settle or pay on time.

We are not engaged in the business of selling second hand or imperfect merchandise. However, in an exceptional situation when such a sale might occur, the warranty will not apply to any estate jewelry, items sold as a "final sale," or any previously worn items sold "as-is." Please check the warranty status prior to purchasing.

In no event shall Leon Megé Inc. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of customer's purchase or use of any product or service, even if Leon Megé, Inc. has advance notice of the possibility of such damages. Because of their intended usage, Leon Megé Inc. makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, written or oral, to purchasers of their products regarding performance, safety, fit, merchantability, or length of service. Purchasers are responsible for the selection of proper goods and must rely on their own skills or judgment that such goods are suitable for purchasers’ application.

Natural variations and imperfections in products made in whole or in part of natural materials, such as gemstones, are not considered defects. A small degree of asymmetry, measurement variations and minor irregularities are acceptable due to unique nature of bench made jewelry created by human hands without the use of heavy machinery or casting. Metal may be affected by an insignificant amount of porosity. It may scratch, bend or crack under excessive stress. Proper care must be exercised by the consumer to wear, store, and clean the product.
