Before you proceed please consider the following:

We can source diamonds and gemstones at no additional cost to you. We prefer working with our own stones. There will be additional questions on the form to give us specs for a stone.

We will not provide a quote over the phone. If you call us to get pricing we will direct you to the quote request form.

We will keep all your information strictly confidential and secure, and will not send any promotional announcements unless you sign up for it. Signing up for it is postponed until Leon's retirement.

Some information we ask for is optional. We will not be able to give you a precise quote if you didn't give us all information we asked for. 

Important to know before you proceed:

• Your personal information, name, telephone, email are required. Without a valid email address we will not be able to send the estimate, so please double check it. We will not call you unless you give us permission.
• You do not have a Customer number unless you contacted us in the past. Leave it blank if you do not have it handy. It is the same number as the reference number mentioned in the email containing the quote. Providing us with the number will expedite your request.
• Image to quote - the image number (starts with a letter, R for rings, E for earrings, etc. followed by numbers ) - the piece you would like to use as prototype for your own custom made piece. You can specify any changes you'd like to be made to the design in the Remarks field.
• Finger size - if you omit the finger size we will assume size 5, however the price will differ if the sizes changes rendering your quote meaningless. Estimating an eternity band's cost without knowing the size is impossible.
• Total budget - helpful to know in order to quote the best options. Do not worry - you are not dealing with used car salesman from Long Island - we will not try to get you to spend more than you want.
• Metal  - using white gold instead of platinum is not cheaper, it's actually more expensive. You should use gold for it's color - yellow or pink, but not as a cost saving measure.
• There are two fields available for two images to be attached. Large files or non-image files will be deleted without opening. Save your power point presentations for your in-laws.
