Using automated checkout to complete a purchase of a stock item is simple and straightforward.

You can use a credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. The shipping rate is based on your location and insurance value. For high value purchases, additional verification might be requested.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase for any reason. You will be notified via email if your transaction is voided.

While care has been exercised to produce detailed and accurate description of gemstones, jewelry, and other merchandise, we will not accept responsibility for occasional errors of omission.

Gemstones

A full payment is required for all gemstones and diamonds.

We are able to offer wholesale pricing on our diamonds and gemstones to be incorporated into a complete piece of jewelry. Should you decide to decline the setting, the stone will not be eligible for a discount any longer. 5% commission fee will be added to the lowest quoted price.

To inspect a stone in person for up to 5 (five) business days in a privacy of your own home, a full payment is required. One way shipping cost must be paid prior to shipment, to be refunded when the stone is purchased. The stone could be returned for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Return shipments postmarked after the day return policy has expired will be marked as sold and will not be allowed.

You are not required to pay for a stone to have it inspected by a certified appraiser, however a retainer of $250 is required in order to have the stone sent on your behalf. The amount is not refundable, but it will be credited towards the stone purchase when you decide to keep it.

Custom Work

Leon Megé Inc. retains all rights to all patterns, concepts, engineering techniques and processes, designs, computer data, et al unless specifically released in writing. All other correspondence with a customer is held to be confidential; all ideas, concepts, directions, drawings, models, et al are held to Leon Mege Inc. rights conventions of National Patent, Trademark and Copyright laws.

Choosing the proper ring size prior to signing this work order is the client’s responsibility. Any future sizing or alterations might result in additional charges.

A work order is a legally binding document describing the commission. Due to specifics of the custom work, certain decisions must be made during the manufacturing process. We will execute the design according to Leon Mege’s vision, experience, and artistic judgment in a way we see it fit, unless specifically and explicitly stated by the client to be of certain dimensions, sizes or measurements.

Any changes to work order after it’s signed by a client are not allowed.

For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined from January 1, 2003 onward, Leon Megé Inc. warrants that the diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. Leon Megé Inc. hereby guarantees that the diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the seller of these diamonds. For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined prior to January 1, 2003 Leon Megé Inc. warrants that conflict diamonds will not knowingly be sold and that to the best of their ability, will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.

In no event shall Leon Mege Inc. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of customer's purchase or use of any product or service, even if Leon Megé, Inc. has advance notice of the possibility of such damages. Because of their intended usage, Leon Mege Inc. makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, written or oral, to purchasers of their products regarding performance, safety, fit, merchantability, or length of service. Purchasers are responsible for selection of proper goods and must rely on their own skills or judgment that such goods are suitable for purchasers’ application.

We are not responsible for damage attributable to unstable enhancement processes or natural flaws of any gemstone, diamond or jewelry material/product. Proper care must be exercised by the consumer to display, wear, store and clean this product.
